Part‑time Retail Associate (Athlete)

Responsibilities

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world‑class service to consumers using the four service principles: KNOW, EQUIP, ENGAGE, and INSPIRE. You will demonstrate enthusiasm for Nike products and services, and learn the fundamentals of all store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. You will deliver excellent service, assist with daily retail operations, build positive relationships with customers and teammates, support store events, and maintain knowledge of store departments. You will be available to operate the cash register, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary. You will model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet business needs.
