Position: Retail Associate (Jewellery Accessories)
Location: Orchard ION Mall
Working Hours: 6 Days Shift Work | 10am - 7pm OR 11am - 8pm
Salary: Up to Gross of $3,500 or more (Basic $2,000 + Allowance + Commission of Average $500 - $1500 or more) + OT Payable (Only during Busy Period) + 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Staff discounts

Main Responsibilities- Engage with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle customer complaints, repairs, servicing and after sales services.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving of stocks and merchandise.
- Manage cash for cash transactions.
- Prepare Daily Sales Report for submission to head office.
