Retail Assistant

Job Description

The Retail Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the store’s day-to-day operations. The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs. Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the manager if necessary. Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and digital payments. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
