Retail Agent (Cambridge)

As a Customer Champion Representative at One NZ, you’ll be the go‑to person for our customers' sales and service needs in our retail store. You’ll help drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experience and transform every in-store interaction into a sales opportunity. You’ll ensure our customers, both consumers and business, find the perfect solutions for their needs. Whether through consultative face‑to‑face interactions, voice calls, or messaging, you’ll guide the sales journey from discovery to close.

We have a Full‑Time position (40 hours/week) at our store in Cambridge in the Waikato Region. Applicants must be available for rostered shifts from Monday to Sunday.
