Job Purpose:
This position is responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to the boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
Follow the requirements as indicated in the Standard Operational Procedures.Provide on-boarding/staff transfer support by coordinating with different stakeholdersFollow-up on all communications correspondence between boutique and office.Follow-up on uniform ordering and fitting arrangement.Responsible for boutique expenditure record keeping.Support and participate in boutique daily operations and other ad hoc activities.Prepare reports for the Boutique Management team.Manpower Arrangement
Prepare monthly roster.Liaise with Retail Office regarding monthly activities, training arrangements.Update and monitor attendance and leave application record of boutique staff and report to Retail Office regularly.
