Restaurant Supervisor

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading and assisting the Restaurant team in providing exceptional food and beverage service consistent with hotel standards

• Supervises the laying-up of the tables/buffet, ensures that all equipment is available, clean and in perfect condition
• To be responsible of the restaurant operation, staff and guests in absence of the management team
• Be confident with the menu knowledge and its allergens, and with the wine list.
• Controls stock, both monthly and daily and place requisition accordingly
• Understands and assists with management of all group and private dining bookings in the restaurant and assists with all associated logistics
• Be able and confident in handling payments and be able to perform cash up
• Work alongside the In-Room Dining team and offer support when necessary to ensure
