Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Supervise the FOH team to ensure guests receive professional, friendly, and efficient service.
- Handle all guest inquiries and complaints personally, ensuring issues are resolved immediately and professionally.
- Escalate major issues to the Cluster Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure the restaurant environment is welcoming, clean, and organized at all times.
Team Supervision & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train new FOH team members on service standards, menu knowledge, POS operation, and hygiene.
- Conduct daily briefings and follow up on team tasks to ensure accountability and quality.
- Motivate the team to maintain high service standards during all shifts.
- Prepare and manage the FOH duty schedule, ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts.
