Responsibilities
- Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for all guests is maintained
- Ensure smooth execution of restaurant service
- Ensure team members are well versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning
- Build a cohesive work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members
- Familiar with POS and reservations software systems
- Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant where required
- Address customer needs, comments and complaints
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
- Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant
- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
- Manage costing, procurement, staffing and etc
