Job Description:

.Manage branch operations, optimize service procedures, and ensure SOP, hygiene, and safety compliance.

.Collect and analyze customer feedback, handle complaints professionally, and improve processes to prevent recurrence.

.Efficient manpower planning and rostering.

.Oversee inventory and storage, maximize cost efficiency and resource use.

.Motivate and train team, coordinate work, evaluate staff's performance.

.Conduct regular branch meetings, communicate updates and promotions.

.Respond calmly to emergencies, follow resolution procedures, promptly report to relevant departments.
