• Coordinate restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
• Deliver professional guest services with utmost customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and meet high demands
• Manage cost control and inventory, forecasting consumption and requirements
• Appraise colleague’s performance and provide coaching to keep them productive & motivated
• Arrange and organise rosters for staff
• Maintain a positive and conducive work environment

• Passion for service and strong man-management skills with leadership qualities
• At least 4 years’ experience in F&B Management
• Excellent communication skills with extensive food and wine knowledge
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
