Restaurant Manager - Nanoose Bay

The Role

We are looking for a restaurant leader to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality, true guest connection, leadership experience and strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails. We are looking for an ambitious manager that leads the team with grace, kindness and skill. They will oversee the service of the floor to ensure the restaurant enhances and maximizes each guest experience from beginning to end.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guest
• Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and successful shift for the restaurant
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Order and settle bills to various payment media, including managerial functions such as voids, QSA etc.
