Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury high‑end brand
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
- Familiarity with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
- Attention to detail with good customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management
- Must have a high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
