As Food & Beverage Restaurant Hostess my duties and responsibilities will include:

Greet guests on arrival in resort restaurants and conduct welcome procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible as per Six Senses Standards.

Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in departments standards.

Escort guest to the table and assist in seating and present the water, menu and hand towels.

Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list, ensure designated amounts are available, and

update menus or wine lists as changes occur.

Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area.

Take orders from any food & beverage outlet menus.

Ensure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctl...
