Position Overview

General Restaurant Manager position available with an established Italian restaurant in Sandton.

Responsibilities

• Manage front‑and‑back of house operations.
• Perform restaurant administration duties.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Manage stock and carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 5 years as a senior manager or GM.
• In-depth understanding of general restaurant operating procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Proven staff management and training skills.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure.
• Loyal working history and good references.

Benefits

Salary: R25,000–30,000 CTC.
