General Restaurant Manager position available with an established Italian restaurant in Sandton.
Responsibilities
- Manage front‑and‑back of house operations.
- Perform restaurant administration duties.
- Train and supervise staff.
- Manage stock and carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure strong customer relations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 5 years as a senior manager or GM.
- In-depth understanding of general restaurant operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Proven staff management and training skills.
- Strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure.
- Loyal working history and good references.
Benefits
Salary: R25,000–30,000 CTC.
