Founded in 1973, Mighty Taco operates 19 locations across Western New York, serving fast, fresh “Buf-Mex” food with a loyal following known as “Mighty Nation.”

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building strong teams, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring full compliance with company standards.
