Job Description
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front‑of‑house team to achieve service excellence.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Monitor operational costs, inventory, and labour productivity.
- Resolve customer feedback and implement effective service recovery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
- Support revenue growth through upselling initiatives and operational improvements.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving business targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
