Overview

Would you like to be involved in building the operations of a new café from scratch? We are seeking a restaurant and café manager for our client company for a permanent position at a new café opening in downtown Seinäjoki. This is a unique opportunity to participate in establishing the new café before its opening. The café will open in early October, and the manager's role is expected to start approximately 2–4 weeks before the opening. In this role, you will be responsible for launching the café, ensuring smooth daily operations, scheduling shifts, and guiding staff. Additionally, you will play an important role in developing the customer experience and ensuring each customer receives high-quality and friendly service.
