Vacancy Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to cover private equity investment process from origination, execution to portfolio monitoring
- Work with senior management to help source potential investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence, financial modelling to evaluate potential investments
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on legal, tax, financing, deal structures, negotiation process etc
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trend
- Work with other team to support fundraising and marketing presentations to investors
- Act as Type 9 Responsible Officer to ensure compliance with SFC regulations and internal policies
