What You’ll Do / Lo que harás

- Own a personal origination pipeline from sourcing to closing (end-to-end deal execution).
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through a consultative sales process for ground lease buyouts.
- Consistently hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets, managing funnel activity and conversion rates.
- Rigorously track your origination waterfall (lead qualified proposal negotiation closing) to keep pipeline healthy ...
