Located in Northeast Calgary, the Peter Lougheed Centre (PLC) is a 600+ bed acute care hospital that provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services and serves as the Vascular Centre for Southern Alberta, Southwestern Saskatchewan, and Southeastern British Columbia. Committed to Patient and Family Centered Care, PLC’s Respiratory Services department supports the ICU, Emergency Department, inpatient units, and a Level II NICU. The hospital is also home to Alberta’s only Chronic Ventilation Program, with respirologists specializing in areas such as Pulmonary Hypertension and Neuromuscular Disease. The successful candidate will provide clinical care, patient and staff education, equipment support, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
