About the role

We are looking for a Resourcing Officer to join our Rail Division, playing a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and compliant delivery of train crew rostering and planning.

As part of the Resourcing team, youll create and manage traincrew rosters, diagrams and daily plans to meet operational, commercial and customer requirements. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role where youll work closely with Operations, Traincrew and wider stakeholders to optimise efficiency, maintain compliance and support business performance.
