Resource Mobilization Finance Analyst

The Resource Mobilization Finance Analyst sits within the Finance Unit's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and reports directly to the FP&A Manager, who also oversees organizational budgeting and forecasting. The Analyst works in close coordination with the Chief of Resource Mobilization and Marketing to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for fundraising and business development activities ensuring these activities are fully integrated with the organization's overall financial planning, budgeting, and compliance processes. Requirements Essential skills, knowledge or experience Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial analysis, grants finance, or business development support with Finance function. Strong understanding of financial planning, donor budgeting, cost structures, and Indirect Cost Recovery (ICR) principles.
