EVERSANA Intouch is looking for a Resource Manager who will bring problem solving, positive energy and collaboration to our Resource Management team. You will work as a partner with various teams, helping ensure that all projects get assigned on time while balancing workloads across the team. Be prepared to stay on your toes as you solve for real-time resourcing requests while proactively planning for what lies ahead, looking at both the big picture and the small details. You should be comfortable asking questions and expressing your best possible solution for teams who need resourcing support. You should understand the importance of leveraging resourcing-related data and tools while balancing that with what’s happening at the ground level.
