Essential Functions
• Resource Headcount management including existing, attrition and new hire. Analysis versus Budget and Forecast on a monthly basis
• Track joiners moving into / out of teams and ensure profiles creation in enterprise tools of the organization
• Maintain and upkeep of data related to resources (Rate card, Utilization targets, team/product related information)
• Planning and executing periodic Skills assessment process – reporting progress and reporting / analytics of Skills data
• Update and maintain resource project assignments and schedules on enterprise tools
• Tracking resource bandwidth/availability using excel and enterprise tools. Work with Resource managers and Line managers through regular cadence on data validity and accuracy
• Standard/ad-hoc reports and dashboards related to headcount, utilization, compliance and Availability
• Contractors’ extension tracking
