Mangala Estate Boutique Resort is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in running the kitchen and coordinating all culinary activities. You will lead and train staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure high-quality plating and presentation that reflect the resort’s brand.

Ideal candidates have a culinary degree or equivalent, proven leadership in a kitchen, and strong knowledge of food safety and stock control.
