Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique Arctic setting? We are seeking a **Resort Manager’s Assistant** to support the daily operations of our glass cabin resort, located just outside Tromsø, Norway.
**This role is more than administrative support - it’s approximately 40 percent of in-office and 60 percent of the working time on site (in shift).**
We expect you to ensure seamless operations and maintain a welcoming environment for both our team members and our guests.

- **Operational support**: assist the Resort Manager in maintaining daily operations, through reservations and creating operation plans.
- **Team coordination**: participate in hiring, training, and optimising staff schedules, and supervising staff to maintain smooth guest experience.
