Resort Manager

The Resort Manager will lead all day‑to‑day operations of Inagaya Beach Club & Resort — front office, F&B, housekeeping, activities, and guest services — reporting to senior management. This is a founding leadership role responsible for turning the pre‑opening plan into a smooth, fully operational day‑trip and overnight chalet product from launch day.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end daily operations across front office, F&B, housekeeping, activities/watersports, and guest services
• Recruit, lead, and train the on‑property team (supervisors and frontline staff) ahead of and through opening
• Implement SOPs, service standards, and safety/compliance procedures for island resort operations
• Manage operational levers such as staffing rosters, occupancy, on‑island spend, and activity/dinner uptake
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, F&B, and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless guest journey
