Overview We are seeking a Residential Surveyor with 23 years' experience to carry out residential property inspections and produce high-quality survey reports across West and South West London. This is a home-based role where all survey appointments will be arranged, allowing you to focus on inspections and report writing.
Key Responsibilities Conduct residential property inspections across West and South West London.
Produce accurate and professional Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.
Identify and assess building defects, structural issues, and maintenance requirements.
