Residential Project Manager — Luxury Homes

Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to join a growing Canterbury home builder. You will oversee multiple residential builds from commencement through handover, ensuring safety, schedule and quality.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and inspections while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the build process. Ideal candidates have at least two years in NZ residential construction, excellent organisation and communication
