About the role
Are you an experienced Residential Project Manager looking to join a growing Canterbury home builder?
We're working with a well-established residential construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across Canterbury. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.
In this role, you'll oversee multiple residential builds (including luxury home builds) from commencement through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. You'll coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, council inspections and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the build process.
Salary and Benefits
- $90,000-$100,000 salary depending on experience
