Residential Programs Lead Counselor

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson is seeking a Team Leader (Residential Programs) to provide leadership and oversight of program and clinical operations at All Straight & Narrow locations (Paterson, Passaic, Secaucus). The role includes managing caseloads, supervising counselors and ensuring service quality in line with licensing standards.

The position requires LCADC/CADC or MA/MSW with LAC/LSW, 5 years in addictions treatment, and ongoing professional development.
