Residential Estimator

We are looking for a Residential Estimator to be responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, and budget preparation for residential projects. We hope that you can work closely with the design, project management, and construction teams to optimize project cost plans and provide cost support and commercial advice during the project bidding and early planning stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quantity take-off, cost estimation, and budget preparation of residential projects.
• Prepare project quotations, tender documents, and cost analysis reports.
• Responsible for material, equipment, and subcontractor inquiries, price comparisons, and procurement suggestions.
• Establish and maintain material price, labor cost, and subcontractor databases.
