Residential Conveyancing Specialist

We are looking for an A-Player to join our English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing skills to deliver a high-quality client experience and Brilliant value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise conveyancing fees for our client
Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Deliver a Brilliant client experience
Ensure compliance with our client's risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly
Proactively communicate with key stakeholders
Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the English conveyancing space
Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Experienced conveyancing paralegal
Minimum three (3) years' residential conveyancing experience
Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage
Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays
