An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing law firm in the Manchester area. This is a key leadership role within a busy residential property department, offering real scope to influence and develop the team.

You will manage your own caseload while supervising a small team and supporting the wider business. This position also offers the opportunity to step into a senior operational role within the firm.

Key responsibilities include managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and auction transactions. You will supervise a team consisting of one qualified solicitor, an assistant and a secretary, and act as second-in-command in the absence of the Managing Partner.
