Residential Care Nurse

For a care home group with around 500 employees in the Lucerne area, we are looking for you

Your Tasks

• You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• You assist with the daily care of our residents
• You participate in handovers, team meetings, and further training
• You recognise and manage emergency situations
• You create care documentation and individual care plans

Our Requirements

• You are interested in the reactivating approach based on the psychobiographical care model.
• You have a nursing qualification (FAGE, FABE with treatment care, DNI, DNII, HF, etc.)
• You are enthusiastic and enjoy a meaningful daily life and professional routine.
• You are willing to engage in normality-preserving activities such as cooking, washing, caring, and nursing.
