Responsibilities
- to liaise and with all respective parties ie Client, Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer, M & E Engineer, Quality Surveyor, Main-Contractor, NSC if any, Government’s Authorities and others related to the project
- to monitor work in progress in accordance to Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly, Weekly and preferably Daily programmes
- preparation and submission works-in-progress reports to Superintending Officer on Weekly and Monthly monitoring
- to study all Approved Construction Drawings issued by Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer and M & E Engineer and Specifications on any discrepancies
- to ensure the Contractor’s strictly complied to Specification codes, Approved Construction Drawings, Approved Shop Drawings, Approved Method Statement of Works as well as BCA requirements and other Statutory Boards compliance.
