Qualifications
- a) Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
- b) Registered Resident Technical Officer by IES
- c) Min. 3 years experience in
- 1. To act as a Site Supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with the Building Control Act.
- 2. To assist the QP(Supervision) in carrying out supervision works on site
- 3. To prepare inspection and test plans which are relevant for the supervision of the projects.
- 4. To conduct quality control of all civil and structural, as well as, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping works.
- 5. To inspect and advise for compliance on temporary works, including instrumentation reports by Contractor.
- 6. To support in public relations works.
- 7. To supervise and keep independent records of day works including overall and part works programme.
