Responsibilites
- Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form BEV_B1.
- Supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions.
- Check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the OIC / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below:
- Check shop drawings submitted by the main contractors.
- Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by main contractors.
- Check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC / Consul...
