Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision – Oversee daily MEP installation activities and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications. Monitor workmanship and quality of materials used.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure all works comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Enforce site safety practices and report any violations.
- Coordination – Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Co‑coordinate inspections and testing of MEP systems.
- Documentation – Maintain accurate site records, including inspection reports and progress updates. Verify and endorse work completion for progress claims.
- Problem Resolution – Identify and address discrepancies between design and site conditions. Recommend corrective actions for non‑compliance or defects.
