Job Description
- Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under BCA
- Supervise the timely execution of the works, maintain quality control, and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents, and site instructions
- Check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, identify discrepancies, and report to the Officer in Charge
- Check the quality of works, materials and samples delivered to the site, take measures to rectify any non‑compliance, and report to the Officer in Charge on any materials not conforming to specifications
- Prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works, and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
