Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Represent clients on HDB/LTA construction sites. Supervise construction works, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and prevailing regulations. Read and interpret architectural drawings, inspect materials and workmanship, perform quality tests, and prepare progress reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
• Accredited as a C&S RTO by IES/ACES JAC
• Minimum 3 years of experience as RTO on HDB/LTA projects
• Certificate in BCSS or equivalent construction safety certification
