Resident Project Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct site and tunnel surveys to support project construction accuracy
• Prepare detailed survey reports documenting findings and measurements
• Act as the primary site representative liaising with LTA and Registered Surveyors on land titles and site boundaries
• Verify setting‑out plans against approved construction and shop drawings to ensure compliance
• Establish and maintain tunnel alignments to meet project specifications
• Execute high‑accuracy monitoring of tunnel deformation, settlement, and convergence to ensure structural safety

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Land Surveying
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in LTA MRT/Tunnel related projects as a Resident Surveyor
