Resident Physician (Orthopaedic Surgery)

The Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery (HRM) service is provided in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), Singapore. The department, with 16 full‑time consultants, offers specialist medical and surgical treatment for all musculoskeletal diseases. Our team approach includes sports medicine physicians, occupational and physiotherapy therapists, podiatrists and other healthcare professionals. Services span arthroplasty, sports surgery, hand surgery, spine surgery, trauma surgery and foot & ankle surgery. The HRM service sees about 1,000 cases per year, managing outpatient hand conditions, hand trauma (including work‑related and accident cases), and collaborating closely with orthopaedic colleagues for hand fracture and soft tissue coverage services.
