Resident Experience Lead — Community & Events

Metlifecare is seeking a dynamic Resident Experience Manager for the Golflands Fairway Gardens village in East Auckland. This hands-on role will lead resident life, coordinate events, and support wellbeing across the village, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm.

You will build strong connections with residents, families, and local groups, shaping a welcoming community culture and ensuring residents feel supported and at home.
