Resident Engineer - Roads & Infrastructure Utilities

Job Description

Resident Engineer (RE) responsible for the supervision, administration, coordination, and contract management of all roads and infrastructure works, including wet and dry utilities. The RE shall ensure that the works are executed in strict accordance with contract documents, approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards.

Project Leadership & Site Management

• Act as the primary on-site representative
• Lead and manage the site supervision team including discipline engineers, inspectors, and support staff
• Enforce implementation of the Project Execution Plan
• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities for roads, utilities, and associated civil works
• Ensure proper coordination between wet utilities, dry utilities, roads, structures, and traffic diversions
