Vacancy Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The Resident Engineer (RE) will lead the site team and be responsible for managing the scope of services to ensure that the site activities are executed and implemented in accordance with the Construction Documents and specifications. The RE will liaise with all relevant Authorities and Clients regarding site-related requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality-assurance inspection staff and sub-consultants to verify that the work complies with the plans and specifications.
- Monitor and assume responsibility for the safety of AECOMs Staff and Contractors.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Client Authorities and Contractor personnel.
- Process daily project documentation and construction observations.
- Prepare issue and track the Contractors Non-Conformance reports.
