The Opportunity
The Resident Care Attendant reports to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. The role ensures and supports the implementation and evaluation of resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.
