**Job Description**
The Manager is responsible for overseeing staff, operations and resources within a department or division to ensure optimal result and high employee engagement. The Manager ensures that the department is run according to institutional policies and any applicable regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 5 years directly related experience

**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with the Department of Surgery’s Division of Education and General Surgery Residency Program Director on strategic planning, program development, and operational initiatives.
+ Supervise Education Office personnel, establish performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching and professional development. Delegate responsibilities and ensure efficient workflow management across the Education Office.<...
