**POSITION SUMMARY**

Deliver newspapers (Security delivers if house attendant has a different schedule) to the Residences owner/tenants and guests on the overnight shift. Deliver packages, laundry, dry-cleaning etc. to the Residences owner/tenants and guests. Man the service elevator as required. Transport luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
