We are seeking a polished, discreet, and service‑driven Villa Manager / Private Residence Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a private residence for the owner of a leading conglomerate.

The ideal candidate will be an professional with strong hospitality experience , preferably from luxury hotels, serviced residences, private households, or VIP guest services environments. Malayalam language capability would be preferred, given the household communication requirements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, high service standards, staff coordination capability, and the ability to manage the smooth running of a private villa with professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
